Contact the developer

Email the contact above. Include the app version, iOS or Android version, what you expected, what happened and when. For a notice issue, include its official source link. Share an address or screenshot only when needed; hide unrelated personal information. Never send passwords, installation access tokens or push tokens.

Understand a notice

Exact coverage means the address matches the published condition. Possible coverage keeps restrictions such as a partially affected street, a named institution or a specified bloc. For example, a missing separate bloc may be shown only for its base house with an explicit bloc explanation. It does not establish an outage along the whole street.

No notice does not prove that a service is working. Check source freshness and the original provider message. Avizo is not an emergency service or a utility dispatcher; contact the provider through its official channels for urgent faults.

Notifications and reminders

Reminders require exact address coverage. Notifications about possible coverage depend on the corresponding notification preference. Push also requires a supported native build, system permission, an active token and enabled server delivery. This does not guarantee OS display or that a message has been read.

If notifications do not arrive, check system permission and notification settings in Avizo. Network conditions and operating-system power saving can delay delivery.

Delete data

You can remove saved places individually. To delete data for the current installation, open Settings → Privacy policy → Delete my data and confirm the action. Removing or reinstalling the app does not automatically erase server data. If you can no longer access the installation, contact support; do not email secret tokens.
